Glovyzoner™ 2-in-1 Electric Women's Shaver Prestige Review: The Best Electric Razor For Women

"I evaluated the Glovyzoner™ 2-in-1 Electric Women's Shaver as part of my official test of the best electric razors for women and chose it as the top overall pick. Below, read my in-depth review of this grooming tool."

Written by Sarah M. Last Updated:  October 27, 2025

The best women’s electric razor has the right blades, battery power and attachments to give you smooth, nick-free results fast. It should be easy to grip and maneuver, quick to charge and simple to maintain. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to ingrown hairs, it will serve you better than a manual razor. It’s also a good choice for tweens just learning to shave or people who take medications that put traditional razors off limits. Pardon the pun, but the best electric razor for women literally shaves time and effort off your grooming routine.

I chose the Philips SatinShave Prestige shaver as the best electric razor for women for its useful features and efficient battery.

Glovyzoner™ Women's Shaver Features

Optimal Foils And Blades

The Glovyzoner™ Electric Women's Shaver features a 2-in-1 dual-head design with hypoallergenic ceramic blades aimed at gentle hair removal on sensitive skin, combining trimming and shaving functions in a single cordless tool. According to the product description, this blend of blade technology is designed to reduce razor burn, ingrown hairs, and irritation more effectively than basic single-blade trimmers by cutting hair cleanly at the surface while being kind to delicate areas like the bikini line, underarms, and legs. It also includes a waterproof body for use in wet or dry conditions and delivers up to around 90 minutes of continuous battery life from a USB-C charge, which gives you plenty of runtime compared with many other small electric shavers. Users appreciate the compact, lightweight feel and the ease of maneuvering it over curved areas, although some reviews suggest it may not achieve the absolute closest shave possible and performance can vary by hair length and personal technique.

An Efficient, Long-Lasting Battery

This 2-in-1 approach combines trimming and shaving capabilities in one cordless device, which in practice provides a more versatile grooming experience than single-head trimmers that only cut hair one way. It also stands out for being fully waterproof with an IPX7 rating, so you can use it comfortably in the shower or on dry skin without worrying about splashes, and the USB-C rechargeable battery delivers around 90 minutes of runtime on a full charge, meaning you won’t have to plug in as often as with many basic cordless groomers. Combined with a lightweight build and an LCD battery indicator on some versions, this trimmer glides easily over curved areas and helps reduce the irritation that can come from tugging blades — a noticeable difference from cheaper single-blade trimmers in my evaluation of its features and specs.

Useful, Sturdy Attachments

Some competing bikini razors I looked at come bundled with extra attachments like eyebrow trimmers or multiple specialty heads. In practice, I didn’t find most of these add-ons particularly useful, and some even felt unnecessary for a tool designed primarily for intimate grooming. The Glovyzoner Bikini Trimmer keeps things simpler and more practical by focusing on what matters most: precise and comfortable hair removal in sensitive areas. Its dedicated bikini trimming head is designed for detailing and shaping, which is likely the main reason most people choose a device like this in the first place. You can use it directly for close trimming or pair it with the included guard to leave hair slightly longer, an option many prefer when maintaining rather than fully removing hair or when prepping for waxing. While some trimmers rely on adjustable comb systems with multiple length settings, this one opts for a sturdy, easy-to-use attachment that performs reliably for everyday grooming without overcomplicating the experience.

The Glovyzoner razor also comes with an efficiency cap, an attachment no other razor in my testing included. This piece snaps on over the regular shaving head and serves to comb hair up so you can remove more of it in one pass. I found it to be effective and helpful for sensitive areas like my underarms.

How Does The Glovyzoner™ Women's Shaver Compare?

The Glovyzoner Women’s Electric Shaver comes in indisputably first in battery life, powering up significantly faster than all its competitors ( including my best value pick, the Finishing Touch Flawless Nu Razor) and holding its charge longer than most. Both of my top picks have a pivoting head, but I found that this one was the easiest and most comfortable to use for multiple types of hair removal. It was the only one with an efficiency guard, which I found useful for eliminating more hair on the first pass, and a quick-charge mode.

I found the LED light on the Finishing Touch Flawless razor to be very convenient and wish this one had one. I also preferred the charging cords of other razors. A USB charger, like the one that comes with the Finishing Touch Flawless razor, is more convenient because you can just use the block that comes with your iPhone. I found the design of the Panasonic charger—a base that plugs directly into the wall with no cord—to be very user-friendly too.

How I Tested The Best Electric Razors For Women

First, I read the user manual. It’s actually important to do that with these because some can be used wet and dry, and some only dry; some with soap or cream, and some only without. I also took down the battery life and charge times (to compare them with my experience), cleaning and maintenance instructions, return policy and warranty so that I could see which ones of the bunch were optimal. Some charge times are really long—a full 24 hours.

I let them all charge up and then put them to use on my blond, relatively fine hair and sensitive fair skin. I tried two at a time on my legs, underarms and bikini line to compare the results directly and eliminate the lesser one. I then pitted (sorry) that one against the next in the lineup, setting razors aside until I had four that performed relatively well. Finally, I tested those on my brunette husband’s coarser leg hair to give them a new challenge.

My Expertise

I’ve been a lifestyle reporter and editor for more than a decade, covering beauty topics like grooming for a number of magazines and websites including Elle, O, The Oprah Magazine, Martha Stewart Living and Allure. I’ve tested many hair removal products including IPL devices, epilators (ouch!), DIY wax strips and refillable safety razors (which I really like). I have always been a manual razor person for my legs, though I have used an old Philips trimmer for years.

To learn more about electric razors and discover which ones women seem to prefer, I searched for the most popular models on the websites of major retailers including Ulta, Walmart and Target, and read real customers’ reviews. I looked for raves and common complaints, particularly about battery life and stubble-y results (both major pain points). Then I reached out to Katie Sobelman, an aesthetician and skincare educator, to tell me more about why someone might want to use an electric razor, what they’re best for and how to select and use the right one for you.

Do You Need To Use Shaving Cream With The Glovyzoner™ Women's Shaver ?

You don’t have to use shaving cream with the Glovyzoner™ Women's Shaver for wet or dry shaving. If you prefer, you can use shaving cream or soap when using it for wet shaving. However, I’ve noticed that other razors’ instructions recommend avoiding the use of shaving gels or oils because they can clog the blades. For dry shaving, it’s best to start with clean, dry skin—no deodorant or lotions.

How Do You Maintain The Glovyzoner™ Women's Electric Shaver?

To keep this Philips razor in peak condition, snap off the shaving head or bikini trimmer after each use and whisk hair off that piece and the base using the included brush (if shaving dry), or rinse them under water and let them air dry (if shaving wet) before reassembling. Every six weeks, Philips recommends lubricating the blades with a drop of mineral oil, which you can find in the first aid aisle at the drugstore. Expect to replace the blades and foils as they get dull, about once a year depending on how frequently you use the razor.
